About

Hi, I’m Anca. I used to be a senior dev working on DocOps and internal tooling at Sitecore. I left.
Now I’m writing, building, rethinking, and sometimes swearing about it in public.

A watercolor painting shows a woman with long, straight dark hair sitting in a wildflower meadow, reading a book. She wears a warm-toned dress and is surrounded by bees, butterflies, and colorful blossoms. Above her head float abstract diagrams, gears, and snippets of code, symbolizing thought and creativity. The background blends soft, warm and cool hues in a peaceful, dreamlike atmosphere.

anca.wtf is a place to figure things out in the open — with opinions, mistakes, experiments, and yes, the occasional affiliate link. There’s no growth hacking here. No productivity cults. Just one person — building, writing, reflecting.

This isn’t a portfolio. It’s not a funnel. It’s not built to go viral.
It’s built to stay useful — to me first, and maybe to you.

How I Think

I’m a systems thinker, an asymmetric thinker, and — let’s be honest — a bit of a chaotic thinker too.

I like to understand how things fit together, and then pull one thread to see what unravels.
I think in ecosystems: documentation, workflows, site architecture, naming conventions.
But I also look for weird leverage: small changes that unlock clarity, unconventional tools that solve one thing well.

Sometimes I write thousands of lines of Python in a stack I barely know to automate something no one asked for.
Occasionally I follow a weird idea that turns into a real solution two days (and five tangents) later.
Sometimes I just write a quick Node script to calm the chaos. And sometimes I paint.

My brain doesn’t always work in a straight line — but it builds things that get stuff done.
I’m not trying to optimize everything. I’m trying to understand what’s worth optimizing — and build around that.

What I care about: a strong, resilient foundation that doesn’t fight the work — it supports it.

What I Do Elsewhere

  • I run theagency.eco , where I help people migrate from WordPress, build fast sites, and fix content messes — all with a focus on sustainability. (Site and services coming late 2025 or 2026.)
  • I consult on documentation systems, site strategy, and sustainable stacks for small companies and individuals.
  • I also write about herbs and health at herbology.eco , where I’m training to become a registered herbalist in Denmark. (Site and consults coming late 2025 or early 2026.)

Why the .wtf TLD?

Because .com felt wrong — and was taken anyway. Because .io felt tired and too VC-coded. Because this is a blog, as blogs used to be: not a business card, not a personal brand, not an AI listicle landfill.

If you followed me here from anca.io, welcome. It’s the same site underneath — but with a new name, a clearer voice, and a sharper edge.

anca.wtf is for the things that don’t quite fit anywhere else in my ecosystem. And it’s unapologetically mine.

For what I’m doing right now — check out my Now page . PS Publishing this felt a bit like peeling back a layer of skin in public.
If you're reading it, thanks for not looking away.
